Hoodies is known for being a leading brand for Basic+ wear, that appeals to a large spectrum of clients. Their collections include Womenswear, Menswear and Kids-wear.
In Hoodies I had the opportunity working hand-in-hand with the director of the brand and touch almost every aspect of the design and development process, and operation; From the collection design, to travelling regularly to china in order to oversea production, finding new textiles to develop, launching the activewear department, re-imagining the concept of the stores, introducing a new branding tool that divides the collection into sub-departments, evolving the shopping experience of the online store, marketing and press events, and planning and buying according to sale history and forecasts.
Working for Hoodies taught me how a big business operates and gave me a more holistic understanding of the world of apparel and mass market.
